DILNET-WIFI (DW)

Go to any DILNET WiFi Zone.
1.Make sure that you have a properly configured wireless LAN card/airport/airport extreme or PDA for DHCP.
2.Set your SSID or Network ID to DILNET or select it from the available wireless networks detected by your network card.
3.Launch your web browser and set the proxy setting to the following: proxy server: proxy7.up.edu.ph port:8080

Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings
Mozilla Firefox: Edit > Preference > General > Connections > Connection Settings

4.Enter your UP Webmail username and password when prompted.
5.Start surfing the Internet.

You must have a UPVPN account to be able to access the local DILNET services through DW.
